Nestled in the beauty of Harbor Island in Wrightsville Beach, our clients envisioned a modern aesthetic while still capturing the laid back beach atmosphere surrounding our area. Architect Kevin Pfirman designed the perfect home with special consideration of the environment, climate and building site.

The final design included 3200 square feet, 3 floors, a rooftop deck with views of the waterway, and a show stopping custom made 40′ tall exterior spiral staircase that ends up at the pool!

Daniel Spann led the project, while working closely with the coolest homeowners we could ask for! We are assuming Daniel has now been adopted and is enjoying his new life at the beach! 🙂
